Who we are
Trisearch Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") is a recruitment business registered in England and Wales, company number 15339897, registered office Optima, 75 Whitchurch Road, Cardiff CF14 3JP. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: steff@trisearch.co.uk or 07759 435674.
What we collect
- Candidates and workers: name, contact details, postcode, work history, licences and tickets, right-to-work documents, availability, CV, references, and the information needed to pay you and keep you safe at work.
- Clients: names, job titles and contact details of the people we deal with, and details of the roles you need filling.
- Website visitors: anything you send us through the forms on this site.
How we use it
- To find you suitable work, put you forward for roles and arrange interviews or site inductions.
- To check identity, right to work, licences and qualifications.
- To arrange payment through our payroll provider and manage timesheets.
- To supply and quote for staff, and to manage our relationship with clients.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on the lawful bases of contract (or steps before a contract), legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in running a recruitment business. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed: with clients you are being put forward to (we do not share your contact details with clients before you are placed), our payroll provider, our finance and accounting providers, and IT services we use to run the business. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate records for as long as we are actively helping you find work and for up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example pay and tax records, normally six years).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask us to transfer it. Email steff@trisearch.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Forms are processed securely by our hosting provider, Netlify, and sent to us by email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
